You describe what you want — via photo, text, audio, or link — and Tatin generates a recipe tailored to your preferences. You can also paste in an existing recipe and transform it to fit your dietary needs and lifestyle.

Yes! Tatin is free to use on both iOS and Android. The free plan lets you create and save recipes every month and surface some Ads to support the app. To remove ads we offer an optional subscription.

Traditional recipe sites show you fixed recipes written for everyone. Tatin creates recipes specifically for you — your ingredients, your dietary restrictions, your preferred serving sizes, your taste. You're not browsing a database; you're working with a cooking partner that understands your needs.

Absolutely. Tatin supports a wide range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher, keto, paleo, and more. Set your preferences once in your profile and every recipe will be generated with your restrictions in mind. Tatin is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always double-check ingredient labels.

Yes. Every recipe you create or save in Tatin goes into your personal recipe book, which you can filter by category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, etc.), keywords, and search at any time. Your library is private and synced across your devices.

Yes! You can share any recipe from your library with a tap. This allows others to view, use and potentially create their own version of the recipe to fit their needs.

When you create a recipe in Tatin, you retain ownership of that recipe. If other users adapt your recipe, the adapted version will contain a link back to your original recipe to ensure transparency and traceability. However, by using the app, you agree to our Terms of Service, which outline how recipes created with Tatin are managed and shared.

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information and recipe data are stored securely and never sold to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Tatin is available on iPhone (iOS 16 and later) and Android (Android 10 and later). Download it for free from the App Store or Google Play. A web version is on our roadmap.

We'd love to hear from you! You can reach our team at tatin-recipes@gmail.com. For in-app support, go to Profile → Help & Support. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For feedback, feature requests, or bug reports, you can also tap "Send feedback" inside the app.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers. If you have an active subscription, this will be canceled as well and you will not be charged further when your subscription period ends.

At Tatin ("we," "our," or "us"), your personal data are treated with the highest respect. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information across our mobile application and services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

Account Data: Email, name, profile handles, profile pictures, and preference you are providing during registration or profile updates.
Culinary Content: Recipes you draft, photos of dishes you snap, audio / text notes, and links you attach.
Interaction Data: The chefs you follow and the recipes you "heart" or save.

Automatically Collected Data:

Device model, operating system, and unique identifiers used to sync your cookbook across devices.
Search history (limited to your last 10 queries) to improve your discovery experience.

2. Audio Processing & Microphone Safety

Tatin features an "Audio Note" tool to capture your kitchen tweaks. We want to be clear about your voice data:

No Constant Monitoring: Tatin only accesses your microphone when you explicitly tap the "Record" button.
Transient Processing: Your audio is recorded as a temporary file, sent to our AI agent (via secure API) to be transcribed into recipe text, and the raw audio file is not stored on our servers once processing is complete.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

To provide "Magical Cooking," we share the data you provide (text, images, transcribed audio) with AI processing partners. We do not permit these partners to use your data to train their general models for other users. We use secure cloud hosting and database management.

4. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You own your data. If you decide to leave Tatin:

Instant Deactivation: When you request account deletion through the App, your profile is immediately hidden from the public feed.
Active subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will cancel your subscription. You won't be able to access your subscription benefits after deletion and the subscription will be terminated once the current billing period ends.
30-Day Propagation: To prevent accidental loss and for system integrity, your data is fully purged from our primary databases and backups within 30 days. After this window, your recipes and profile cannot be recovered.

5. Community Safety & Reporting

When you share recipes publicly, we collect information regarding any "Reports" filed by other users. This helps us maintain a safe, high-quality culinary community. (See our Terms for acceptable content guidelines).

1. The Tatin Service

Tatin is a platform for creating, organizing, and sharing recipes using AI-assisted tools. By using Tatin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the recipes you create. You grant Tatin a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your "Public" recipes on the Feed for other users to discover. "Private" recipes remain visible only to you.

3. Community Standards & Reporting

Tatin is a place for culinary inspiration. To keep the community safe, you agree not to post content that:

Is offensive, hateful, or promotes illegal activities.
Contains photos of individuals or sensitive content.
Contains non-culinary spam or commercial advertisements.
Is dangerous (e.g., recipes containing non-edible or toxic ingredients).

Reporting: Users can report recipes or profiles that violate these standards. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.

4. AI Disclaimer & Kitchen Safety

Important: Recipes in Tatin are generated or modified by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for "deliciousness," AI can make mistakes. Always verify:

Cooking temperatures and times (ensure meat is fully cooked).
Allergen information (AI may not catch hidden allergens).
Proportions (AI might hallucinate a measurement).

Always review recipes before cooking or sharing them. Tatin is not responsible for any illness, injury, or kitchen mishap resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

5. Account Lifecycle

You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your "Public" recipes will be removed from the Feed. We reserve 30 days to fully purge all data from our infrastructure to ensure sync stability across the platform.

6. Subscriptions

Tatin offers a "Pro" tier to remove ads and unlock advanced transformation features. Billing is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellations must be managed via your device's subscription settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tatin is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or the accuracy of the recipes shared by our community.
